- Sensitivity to cross-cultural issues
- The ability and desire to go to the field now (within 1 year), including time to raise your support and/or be self-funded

- A willingness to learn the local language
We are looking for school teachers who will join a local Reach Beyond team to serve among unreached peoples in Central Asia. Specifically, we are looking for teachers to serve in a local school that offers comprehensive English-language instruction from preschool through 12th grade to the children of expatriate workers in a capital city of Central Asia. It is committed to addressing the uniqueness and potential of each child, and encouraging the spiritual, intellectual, social, physical and emotional growth of our students, instilling an ethical worldview that will equip them for effective service to society.
Current needs are
- Elementary Principal
- Elementary Teachers: Grade 3 or 4
- Secondary Teachers: English, Math, Social Studies and Science
- Part Time: Guidance Counselor, Special Needs Coordinator
