We are looking for engineers who will join our local Reach Beyond field team to serve among unreached peoples in Euro Eurasia. You will carry out radio installations, repairs, and training in local partner contexts throughout the region. This includes consulting on sound, equipment, and IT issues for our growing networks of partner stations and studios. Language learning is helpful but not required. This position can involve travel.

Do you have:
- A passion for disciple-making among unreached people
- Broadcast, Electrical, or Sound engineering experience
- A willingness to work with local partners
- The ability and desire to live and work overseas
- Sensitivity to cross-cultural issues
- A tolerance for uncertainty
- The ability and desire to go to the field now (within 1 year), including time to raise your support and/or be self-funded
- A commitment to serving long-term in this position
